Coventry Group is a growing ASX listed company which was established in 1929 and listed on the ASX in 1966. It began with a car dealership, then the business grew and became what is it today. It operates throughout New Zealand and Australia as a contractor for mining, construction and manufacturing sectors supplying a wide range of Cooper Fluid Systems, Konnect Fastening Systems and Artia Canibet Hardware Systems. The business now has five divisions as it is growing rapidly in the recent year.

Challenges

Having a strong relationship with customers and business partners is the main driver to the success of the company. Because of this, the firm is challenged to train its staff to skilled in both technical and networking.

Achieving and maintaining the quality of products and services is the main goal of the company so whether if it is giving best customer service like prompt delivery or providing the best quality of products, the company is dedicated to achieving their goals.

The stock is oversold so the company needs to maintain stability in the long-run meaning the organisation need to achieve its performance.

Opportunities

The company growth has been successful throughout recent years and this catches investors’ attention. At the end of the 2018 financial year, it was reported that the revenue growth was at 11.6% (ProactiveInvestor Australia, 2018)which is a huge growth compared to the previous years.

As of the 1stof march, 2019, Nubco became the 5thdivision of the Coventry group. Prior to the acquisition, the share soared up to 4.878% which gives a promising future for the firm.
